The F4 Visa for U.S. immigration is a family preference visa that allows U.S. citizens aged 21 and older to sponsor their siblings, along with their spouses and unmarried children under 21, to reunite and live in the U.S. This legal pathway enables foreigners to become U.S. permanent residents (Green Card holders) based on specific family relationships.
